Hi,
I have been sick lately But a lot going on and I have a poem to explain
Title : No one hears me.
I have lived a life
In which no one
Hear my crying out
Because I have been hurt.
People turned off
Their ears to my cry.
A cry for help. Someone
Please help me.
I cried when I
Am been hurt
And has to accept
Because I am older
Or I am younger.
Or she has problems
Or she is disabled
Or she is not accepted
By society
Or she was just frustrated.
But what about me?
What about my tears
What about how I feel
Deep inside?
What about my sleepless
Nights and how much
My body is impacted
Don't I belong?
Don't I have problems too?
Am I not too young or too older?
Am I not disabled too?
Am I not wanted by society too?
Don't I become frustrated too?
Why is it OK for?
Everyone but it is not
OK for me?
Why am always the
One who is left
To cry, to hurt
Alone?
Why am I not wanted?
Why am I the one who
Has to understand?
Why don't I have no right?
Why do I live
A life where no
One hears me cries
Cry out because I hurt
Why do I walk alone?
And not be understood?
Not been helped?
Not been heard?
Why is everyone protected?
Except me?
Why is everyone helped?
Except me?
Why am I the one been
Told to understand?
Why am I the one who need
To just be? To accept?
To let it go?
Why can't I but another can?
I don't understand?
Don't I why am I so different
That no one sees me
And everyone turns off their ears?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Thank you for sharing that poem so clearly written from your heart....
I am so sorry you are hurting.

Thanks guys. I am in bed as I write. My bed has become a friend at times. Starting this week one of my Church sister has been coming to help me, my Insurance is paying her. She came a few times before but now Mon to Fri. Today my body is crying out again so I am bed rest. The saddest thing is my Insurance add a lot of stressed on to me during this process. Actually not the Insurance but the third party company that linked to my Insurance. They said that they are doing an investigation because of how I was treated from 2018 to now. I still don't trust them and may never will.
Arife I love to write. I was writing poems before I could talk. It had always helped me to express how I feel because I lack the skills to do so verbally. My therapist used it to help me express when I am sad or hurting.
You too Lilmiss , I am so sorry that you are also not well.
I feel like things are slowly happening but I keep saying it going to get better.
Your poem rings so true. <3
We all have that longing to belong, especially those of us set apart by trauma.
rose, you do belong here. Thanks for your poem. So glad you're with us.
I saw my new PCP by Telemedicine and it was so cool. She was nice to me. I spoke to her about fatigue and she is going order some blood work plus wants to see me to do an evaluation on me due to my blood test from other PCP. My new Doctor saw me one time In the ER but she remembered me, I guess because of my multiple issues and me been too young to have so much I heard this often. She is also going to do a test on me that my other PCP said she can't do but a rhemotologist can do but my new PCP said she can do. My new PCP seems to be more patient than the other PCP who is the same race like me. That's why I don't see skin color I see love.
I am glad to be with DS also, Muji . Thanks, Suncloud . Angela cool you write poems. Lending, its a long journey for me.
One of the same person who I wrote this poem about read it but turned around and tells me the same. Its like I am a nobody or invincible. I feel like I don't belong anywhere. Yet I know that it is not true. I am glad that I have you guys and case manager from autism.
