I feeling like everything I have worked on the last two years is gone. I am falling more and more back to my old ways. I don't want to even get out of bed. I think of suicide with almost every breath i make. But yet I am to scared to do it. Between the PTSD and the non-epiliptec seizures I have no life. Just had to cancel plans with a friend to visit me. She need help paying for hotel. I have no money.

My point....don't worry about the setback. Don't be so hard on yourself...PTSD is difficult. Take one day at a time, live in the present and try keeping a journal or painting. Try everyday to get out side and try everyday to find one thing to be grateful for. It might be that you are grateful you had the strength to get out of bed today or shower. Reward yourself. Stop the negative self-talk. You can do this. It is hard, but you did it once before and you can do it again. I am rooting for you!
Success is the art of getting up once more than you have fallen.
Rest now. Get back up when you are ready.
But as long as we're wishing, can I be rich and good looking, too?
