I just got back from my new doctor's appointment. My kidney illness needs more attention. However..............
REALLY GOOD NEWS: my PTSD symptoms are getting better!!!!! Can you believe that? I've been diagnosed with PTSD since 1995, and it's the first time I've been told I was getting better. I'm so happy!!!!!!
I'm having less stress since I came to DS PTSD--seriously. So I actually DO NOT have high blood pressure any more!!!!!!! YAY!
The new doc was so surprised, he took my blood pressure 4 times to be sure, and then his nurse took it once again, too.
I no longer have to take high blood pressure medication YAY!
Thank you all at DS PTSD for keeping this site working day in and day out. I am medical evidence that it actually helps people. It's not just a perception, it's medically proven reality. I posted this news under the thread where earlier this week I asked for support, so now I had to start a thread here just to thank you all so much. Thank you. Now you all be well, too, I hope and pray.

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart.
