Hello, hello, hello!
About a week and a half to two weeks ago I wasn't doing well at all, and I posted about that regularly in the group.
I wanted to thank y'all for your encouragement and support through the hard times.
On the anniversary of my mom's passing, I was inpatient. Actually, I was in patient from Friday to Friday of last week. So I was pretty well covered. Some of you advised I do that, and I thought I would be in an unlocked facility.. Until they sectioned me. It began badly, but ended up to be the most important and the best I could've done for myself. Thanks again to all of you for always being here !

Well, not everytime but most of the time. Yesterday, I was supposed to be doing online training for work but instead, I decided to work on my kitchen table. Most of the time, I don't know where to start and give...

I have a possible new diagnosis to discuss with my therapist tomorrow. It might be the answer to a question that I have had since I was 19. It's called Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD). It happens to a large percentage of people with ADHD, which I have. Actually, I have been watching videos about ADD/ADHD lately. I remember my Mom telling me that she watched a show on ADD and she...
