What is the best surprise you ever had?
One of the best surprises I ever had was when my husband bought me Kaylee for a birthday present. Kaylee is the Keeshond shown in my avatar. She is my BFF. She follows me everywere and is the sweetest dog I have ever had. My DS name Secouya comes from a Keeshond I owned when I first met my husband. Secouya could count and was also an amazing friend. I will never forget the first time he met my husband who was my boyfriend at the time. He walked up to my husband looked at him and peed on his leg. Secouya had never done anything like that. What a way to make an impression! Secouya is a Native American name for sparrow and a variation of Sequoyah. Kaylee is my middle name and my husbands middle name combined.

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...
The priest asked me to come inside with my dog and to follow him to his church office. I figured I was going to get the scolding I richly deserved. Instead, when we got into the office the priest rummaged around in his desk and, presto! Out came a dog biscuit.
Instead of scolding me and my naughty dog, he fed my dog that dog biscuit and petted him while making friends with me. With that priest's support, I went on from there to grad school and became a college instructor. His surprise made a big difference to me.
Big hugs <3
