Suncloud, yes they can be., when I first moved into my home. The ladies I bought the house from said they fed the neighborhood cat and bought a huge bag of food and asked me to keep feeding it. They stated it was a yellow tabby. I kept putting out food and it was eaten, but never saw the cat. Then one day I heard crunch, crunch, crunch and I threw open the door to see the cat and there were two fat raccoons growling at me. That’s when I learned the neighborhood has raccoons.
