Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Support Group
Find support with others who have gone through a traumatic experience. Whether you have chronic or acute PTSD, we are here for you.

Right now there is so much stress in the world. Finding inner peace can be difficult during this stressful time. Do you agree? Things like gentle movement, meditation, deep breathing and doing activities you enjoy can help you calm your tension. What do you do to calm your mind? Today if you can I would like to invite you to take some time to focus on relaxation and well-being. To help you I found a few meditations specifically designed around PTSD. The first one is a short meditation that incorporates EMDR components into the meditation. The second meditation is much longer but focuses on letting go and relaxation.
