In life sometimes we are happy, sad, have bad times and good times. It's one of the circles of emotional life. What would you like someone to say to you when you are having a rough time? What could someone do to help you feel better?
When I am having a rough time, I always want someone to say, I am here for you. Not that things will get better because often enough that's not the case. It always helps me when someone will sit down with me listen, no comments or judgements. Just be there for me. It's the friendship and understanding that keeps me going.

I don’t need you to fix me. I don’t need you to provide me with answers, or solutions etc.
I am just hurt, dying inside and scared, so all I want is comfort and love from someone who actually loves me and cares. To know that I’m not completely alone in this world.

The circle of life For us is the evolution of life birth, your life journey, death and rebirth. It also has to do with earth, wind, fire and water and the 4 sacred colors normally yellow, black, red and white representing up above, down below, East and West and the center of the Great Spirit.
