Thanks, y'all I DO feel better today! I only walked 1.1km today, but I did it in a lot less pain, for which I give thanks, believe me.

My C.K.D. pain was so intense that I could only manage to walk 0.62 km today. Ouch.

Usually my CKD pain will be bad one day with relief the next, but this time it's going for 48 hours straight. It really hurts. I could walk at all today, which is not like me. Sleep was hard to come by, which brings on my PTSD symptoms. Support welcome.

Thanks, SC. Today I spent most of the day on my couch with CKD pain, but I did manage to get out for a 1.14 km walk with my dear dog, so there was that. The pain is rough, but I'm grateful I'm still on my feet and not back down in my wheelchair as I was in 2023.

No walk today. Sigh. CKD pain, PLUS a bad case of PTSD insomnia last night for the first time in a long time. Oh, well.

I hope you get a goid night sleep tonight and get to at least go outside tomorrow.

I also had ptsd nightmares last night. Must have been post full moon bad juju going around.

My CKD pain came back today. To illustrate how badly, in my apartment my living room is in between my bedroom and my kitchen, a detail I'm mentioning here just so how crippled I was can be mapped today. My CKD pain was so bad today that I could only manage a crippled hobble across my apartment halfway. In other words, I staggered from bed to couch, but not on to kitchen and brewing my morning coffee. That had to be done for me. Ouch. Support welcome.

Today's one of those CKD days when I'll have to take the day off from walking, I'm afraid. Lately that's happened a lot. But I figure even if I only walk every other day I'm still keeping myself on my feet and out of last year's wheelchair.

Today walking had a purpose, SC, because the kids and I went shopping at the mall where I got her a lovely dress and him a hoodie. That's the good side of the golden years. She's a knockout in her new dress.

He almost bought an AC/DC rock band t-shirt, which was cracking me up since he's 200% Mexican with no English. It was cool, though, whatever he wanted. He went for a hoodie with Japanese anime on it that I don't get at all, but he was happy. So was I. It was a better day indeed.
