i just got back and as some of you here had reassured me it was fine. I actually sat at a table that was mostly parishioners and mostly elderly and certainly not poverty stricken. They chose to be there because they wanted to be. They all knew each other and all the volunteers but still made me welcome. There were a lot of volunteers and other parishioners and I got introduced to the pastor. It was nice. I got a bit of interaction overload towards the end but that's ok. Anyway thanks for encouraging me to go. Have an amazing day everyone xxx

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. ***Just don't expect me to switch out my old favorite sweatshirt. Yes, I know the cuffs are falling off. It took years for me to get it to that perfect softness. I'm still morning a favorite pink shirt. The cuffs and collar were barely hanging on, but when I could barely keep it buttoned...it had to leave this world. Sigh. She was so, so, so, so soft.***
You traded homemade strawberry jam for pickles!?!?!?!?! I envy your barter bud! I even need more strawberry jam this morning. Can't have too much strawberry jam! But there is no accounting for taste. Enjoy your pickles.
