So I just had breast reduction surgery I'm recovering I had it on the 11th of may so like 4 or 5 days ago now, what's weird is that I'm having nightmares about the surgery which is weird cause it's not like I was awake during the surgery but I'm having nightmares about it for some reason I don't know maybe since I've never had surgery before it just freaks my mind out maybe a bit i don't know i'm very glad I got the surgery i thought I wasn't going to be able to get it but I was able too but now I remember the dream I had when i was under ansthesia i was alone and standing ontop of the this cliff that was very bright it was green had grass all around and flowers I don't know if that's normal to have as a dream. This is my first time having surgery if someone could comment and please tell me if this is normal to be having.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
However, post-op our docs, psychologists, and social workers wanted to know about any dreams or any such symptoms a patient was having because it could have been the anesthesia. So you should tell them you're having post-op nightmares, OK?
Whether that is true in your case, or not. . .
Gentle support while you recover. Hope healing happens here. Keep us posted. We care.
