People have been asking me for allot of advice lately. Yes, actually asking. I want to be helpful, but. . . Geez. . . Asking me for advice is kinda like offering a wager to a gambler in recovery. One is too many and a million are not enough. My inner talk show host starts looking for ways to raise ratings and how to most dramatically monopolize on other people's anguish. I start calling people vulgar names when they don't get dramatic results from following my advice to the letter. The great guru on the mountain top has spoken. Not my fault you can't be as great as me!
I don't trust my inner talk show host even a little bit. Nor do I like going stoic and silent when asked fair questions. Once again, I find myself looking for the balance between the extremes.
Open dialogue welcome. Anything goes.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
