A mouse trap built out of bricks.

The struggle everyday one endures is unique to each individual here, whose lives are altered by tragedy or health crisis! The words of strength by everyone here is what makes you all special because "you care" !
Empowered by these struggles we continue to overcome everyday defines who we are. Your life experience is the secret ingredient to share and lift up a life someday; so don't be shy! You may think of yourself as the special concrete mix when building the foundation to a new structure your life or another's with each brick layed together! Time is falling everyday around us all and it is yours to embrace and make the day yours and do not find yourself trapped like me!
I ended up rushing to regain my life back and ended up building a brick 'mouse trap ' my home/castle, my prison!

i want to already know how before i take the time to learn - apply this to anything.
it can be getting a book - owning it = knowing it /without reading it - that doesn't work well - wry smile. i know it doesn't work, but that doesn't stop me wanting it to work.
buying supplements suggested or ordered by my dr - pretty great, i'll get them and have them in the cupboard. not very good for me unless i swallow them.
i'm not following my premise, but you get the idea.
today, i'm taking the vitamins. we'll see. i'm taking some baby steps and try to build my foundation slowly so it doesnt' fall down.
good post. thanks again. xo
Hope you find your way out of your brick mousetrap, Kind.
Ironically, that's when I met my VA doc who specialized in Iraq veterans who survived IEDs and finally got the best therapy of my life time. Entire countries do what you suggest, too, Kindshark. Fortunately, Uruguay today is a healed society the way I hope the USA will be one day as well, through the hard work of healing.
Up here in the northern hemisphere, such healing happened to Germany, too, a divided nation that's whole again now. The USA recovered from its civil war of Lincoln's time, though scars and tendencies remain, so I believe it can do it again.
