Hello everyone.
This is the third group I just joined. The other two are ocd and Incest survivors. I am a "survivor" of childhood abuse, sexual abuse, incest and rape. As a child I was bullied and abused like there's no tomorrow and by family members, classmates and teachers.
I have so many emotional wounds that I wonder how the hell I never end up using illegal drugs. Anyway, though I think I have managed to survive and stay away from self-hate, I do see the signs of my traumas shown in many other ways. Only recently is that I have started to have a taste of normalcy and I have a lot of panic attacks, anxiety, and I seem to end up in abusive situations constantly (especially at work). I fight back but I'm tired of living in survival mode.
That's it in a nutshell. My life sucks and I'm tired of it. And it's ok that it still sucks even if other have it worse than me.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Kudos on never doing drugs and working hard to stay away from self-hate. Those are some pretty amazing feats!

I have a special place in my heart of CSA men. You have it harder because for the bizarrness of it, it seems more acceptable for women and girls to be sexually exploited then men and boys. Like a boy can somehow stop it when a girl couldn't? The stupidity of society doesn't want to hear about the exploitation of boys. So I'm sorry you were harmed. DS is a good place to be real and tell your story and be accepted. Welcome
