I just woke up from a dream that freaked me out. I have never been so greatful to open my eyes and see that I was home and safe. I thought I would take a shower(which I had to get a radio for because I would come out of the shower someone different, plagued with depression and anxiety) Thank goodness I did that. I went in and the song "We are the Champions" came on......I sang my heart out. What an awesome song to hear because lets face it even though we have months of bad days sometimes we, come out Champions fighting wanting to get better.

I really admire how you handled your angst. Being in the here and now is a good thing, and singing your heart out is great. Any American Idol in your future?
