I tend to be screamingly defensive of what I "know" is 'me" because of that
I sure do.
In my case, ... I was already medically disabled when the wolf pack spent 3-1/2 years tormenting and terrorizing me.
They left me with far more medical problems than I'd ever had before.
Now, my identity is pretty much that of a patient, seeking safe answers to difficult medical questions.
I know you've made references to medication, and it causing you problems.
I think you've also made reference to a therapist.
I hope you can do whatever it takes, working with the RIGHT professionals, to make your path forward easier and easier.

But then in therapy I had to face the question of who I was, then? That was scary. Still is even at 57 years of age, and exploring that topic leads me here to seek courage, support, and Daily Strength. No kidding.
