yes, most definitely.
I vividly recall when my therapist wanted me to try to sit with my feelings of sheer terror. At first I felt like a wild mare, feriously kicking about but so worth it & the freedom it soon provided, no longer being hostage to that fear.

I'm glad you're going deep with it. I remember cycles in different phases of therapy that were exhausting, disorienting, even. Gave me insights I could hardly handle. But it was all about growth. It took time to settle into those new perspectives on myself, on life, to figure out what it meant and how to live with it. But I do believe that saying, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." Keep going back. It's worth it.
