I do love some of those suggestions. I snack on fruit and nuts when I need an "in between meal" treat. Yesterday (courtesy of JoyceMarilyn providing a recipe) we made carrot chips and they were fabulous. I could eat those all day long, llol. Lots of antioxidants and flavanoids there. :) She posted that recipe in the weightwatchers group. We're going to try zucchini chips too.

I actually eat some of those. But if dark chocolate will give you a boost. I should never be tired. LOL I eat any kind of chocolate.
