It's good you've done your research, that's the best thing to do. When I started I cam upon a website with lots of reviews that was really helpful for me. I had had PCOS for many years now and this was the first time a doctor ever put me on Phentermine. So tired of the weight gain/loss/gain it all back and then some. I've been on the the pill now since January , 2010 and I've lost about 10 pounds as of today 2/18/10. Now 7 pounds of this came off the first week and 3 the third week. I still find myself tired except for that fist week it gave me a ton of energy. Now my doctor whats me to continue and be consistant. I know I need to do better with the exercise and contine to make changes in my food choices, but my doctor believes it works and would like for me to lose 20 pounds, of course I'd like to lose a ton more, lol. But it works, there is no way I would have been able to lose the weight on my own at all, I've been trying for years now. Side effects, try mouth, not beeing able to sleep the first week only and that's about it for me. It doesn't really help surpress my appetiete much but I'm going to keep it going and if you want I will keep you posted.
