Especially great for my kids; they have the DC4K program here.

Simply put, if you want help without all the "hate" that I keep hearing about. A person should go.

This is my second time thru that class and I was told a person needs to do it twice. They are right, I am in a different place this time around and it is without a doubt the best program out there.

Or you can go it alone, I prefer learning from people who have been down that road.

I appreciated alot of the content of the video and some of the workbook that came with it. It is very much faith based but at this point, I'll try anything!!

I would recommend it to everyone. I joined toward the end of the last group of sessions but am going through the whole class now.

The people and their experiences help too!

I definitely recommend this. If anything, you have a forum to vent your feelings with people who understand.

I've been going and bought a couple of books from their suggested readings. It's helpful material--helped me to think through some issues I never would have gotten to on my own. It also gives me issues to work on with my counselors. Also it's a very small group which is good so that we have plenty of time to share. But not so good because I think it would be beneficial to hear from more people's expeirences.

The leaders are very supportive and caring. I highly suggest it for those who seek truth and acceptance.

I liked it. I'm going for round 2 since I missed half of the program Taking son on college visits etc. It's worth a try. I think I had to pa $10.00 for the entire session. If you only go to one it's worth it.

I had my first meeting June 2nd & I am very happy I joined. I was very nervous driving there, but has high hopes & I had a very good feeling driving home. I am thrilled & I found out about this group as a recommendation from this website. Definitely a great recommendation. KUDOS!!!
