When I was first diagnosed, my doctor told me that acne problems was a symptom of PCOS. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do about it? I've tried so many different washes, creams, and treatments, and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

the best thing is to start by giving yourself a gentle detox ie hot water with lemon slice in before breakfast, good quality supplements and no sugar.

I truly believe the best way to get this under control is to get the PCOS under control. I had very bad acne until I started birth control pills, then it cleared up. I never found any topical cream that worked for me.

I have the same problem and when I brought it up to my doctor he said that until my PCOS is under control the different prescriptions and OTC products won't work.
