It's the middle of the night, but I could murder some pasta Bolognese... with ciabatta bread on the side.

Know what it's gonna be for next dinner time, LOL! If it hasn't changed by then of course...

Hey no-sleeping folks, try out some self-hynosis tracks on youtube! I've been doing this one that lasts all night for 8 hours! Believe me I have had the most chronic case of insomnia for years! Like I really can't remember NOT having it! Mine was the kind that I would end up sleeping every other night as I would lye awake all night! It was bad! Please try! I can't believe I have sorted this major issue in my life! It's incredible! And also, when you find a solution to a big problem like that, it gives me more hope for solving bigger issues as well!

Like right now i am craving cold hard cash and love! Probably in that order. lol :P

Will have to do that Maryjan, thanks for the tip.

I am craving a warm toasty fire in my fireplace (unfortunately it is a gas one and the thermal regulator is broken, so no dice there) but would be so nice, a non caffeinated hot tea, a slice of homemade bread like my Mom used to make and a new Chicken soup for the soul book.
