Craving no obsessive thoughts today. And pot roast sounds good too and so does a big fat xanax. YUMMY, that would be a relief from obsessive thoughts. But, I need to feel my anger right now and not medicate it.

Well, if this question was posed a number of days and weeks ago i would have answered the love and affection of the one person i have loved for so many years that has more recently decided that i am of no significance to them, but as of yesterday i decided that i wiuld no longer yearn for this. So today just a good meal...

I crave....for a few minutes today for everyone on the board to be able to breathe in and out, smile (or better yet, belly laugh) at something insignificant, and know that it will be ok eventually!

Just an egg sandwich, a nice cup of tea, and a sit down! LOL.

I stand all the time at work, and after that and getting groceries, am very late for lunch today. Boiling the eggs now... yummy :) xxx
