Today I'm grateful for

Two beautiful perfect children
A warm home and furnace that didn't break (this year)
A new job to help me feel successful again and the freedom to pursue it
All my DS friends and a handful of real life ones
My own determination to move forward and make my life better for myself and my kids
All the help I've had in my journey to freedom and peace

-freedom from my frozen marriage
-writing
-my family

At ooooo, I usually put hazelnut creamer in my coffee, I have never tried it with yarn? Is it tasty that way? ;) Just kidding.
What do you create with yarn if you don't mind me asking?

@ Joanie and ooooo, you actually had me thinking that 'yarn' was some kind of branded coffee additive there for a while, LOL!!! I wouldn't know, I'm like a whole continent away :)

And when I was really little, 5 years old, I wanted to be a nurse :) So much for that...

RockinBunny..it's all good my friend. Lol. You should of seen me at the office today..I was more of a spas than usual. My Nyquil hadn't worn off from last night..of course taking it with little food, my anti depressant and topomax as well probably didn't help.
I could so see you having the sensitivity, compassion and inner strength to be in the nursing field.

Rockin, I wanted to be a nurse when I was little too. Instead of telling people I wanted to be a nurse I would say I wanted to be a purse. Ha!

And btw if you still want to be one, what is to stop you? You are young girl....much time left to still pursue your dreams.

I don't want to be a nurse anymore. But I have two sister in laws who love it...one older then you who just finished her degree. And, at least in the states, in creates all kinds of flexibility. You can work 3 twelve hour shifts and be done for the week. You can be a "temp" nurse and move wherever you want and they pay for housing as well as a nice hourly wage. Just something to think on.

today I am grateful to be here to say what I am grateful for; my kids and their kids, dog, and a warm house to be in by a nice fire with a glass of wine and some good music playing
