Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
In work today . Who should walk in. My husband. I was looking at my phone and he said. Who are you texting? Is it a man? I said no. Go away or il call police. He left. Bit later he's looking at me through my work window. I didn't see him straight away. I was again looking at my phone. Strange how he came twice when I was doing something with my phone. Anyway. I looked up and there he was. He said . Who is that email off. I read all that then? No way could he have seen anything on my phone as he wasn't close enough. Even though he was pressed up to the glass windows. I told him to go away again. He left. What I was trying to do on my phone was to download a phone and text blocker so I could block him. He is crazy When I finished work today there was a note on my windscreen of my car. It said . I love you (my name) and only you. Please believe me. It's hard for me without that.

I would like to add, I think it would be a really good idea to document all his appearances so you can show the evidence of him stalking you. If your phone doesn't have a camera buy a cheap one. It will be well worth it.
Good luck......I wonder if he will like the fact that you are taking his picture every time he shows up????? That might even deter him.

telling you to be making a record
of ALL of this, and then take your
documentation to the POLICE.
Are you in touch with your local
women's aid centre? If not,
please do that. They'll be
able to advise you about
exactly how to handle this.
In the U.S. there are laws
about STALKING. I can't
imagine that it's all that
different where you are.

In the circumstances (some of us DO bother to read people's back story), what he did was extremely disturbing and was at the very least harassment, if not stalking. And I agree with the others - I'm glad you made a police report, needa. Please be careful and stay safe.
Friend, I hope you take steps to protect yourself. And do something extra nice for yourself this weekend, huh? You deserve it.
And Andrea, no offence taken here. I know what those rough nights are like. when everyone seems either out to get you, or just not caring. He'll, I'll even agree with ya - a lot of guys are real pieces of work. And I oughtta know:)
