Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.
i wonder if there are any celebrities that have been diagnosed with a personality disorder. especially songwriters, because there would be songs that have reached out to so many people.

Even though I had low self esteem all my life, I always felt I could get the guy if I pulled my magic strings. I did get them all that I tried for except for one and he haunts me to this day. This song speaks to me feeling I could get any guy I went after. I just had to figure them out and maybe manipulate them abit. I didnn't realize it at the time though. Love the song still.

Fiona Apple however I suspect has BPD because the lyrics to her songs describe BPD type feelings exactly...and in her interviews she has admitted to being ridiculously sensitive and emotional and she says her relationships never work and are volatile.
