Thank you so much for your message. It really is an everyday battle. I woke up again in an anxious state. I actually have been up since 3am. I feel so out of it today. Hoping the program gives me a call today.
I am here if you want to talk. I have not been doing any better. I feel like my anxiety will never get better, I am so exhausted all the time. I cry every single day.
Thank you for your message and support, I am very happy to have found this group!
You are absolutely right about that, our mind is the only thing that can overcome it. Its hard and we have good and bad days but at least we never give up! I havent taken my xanax in almost a month now which I am proud of. My psychiatrist gave me vistaril which is similar to a benedryl and that is a better alternative.
I’m new to this forum but not new to panic and anxiety.
If you have the ability to talk it out with a therapist try getting to the route of why being alone makes you so scared? Can you trust yourself? Is it fear of dying without someone?? Etc push your system to attack the problem. Tell yourself you are enough and you can do this. Create a schedule and stick to it, in bed by 9 mediate 915, lights out 930 etc
It’s oksy to take medication in downspirals, what’s not okay is letting yourself suffer.
So try to force yourself to try to fight the thought, while taking good care of yourself.
If none of that works, call a friend, adopt a pet, get out of being alone by having something to be strong for’
