When I feel a panic comeing on or I am in a place where ive paniced before or I just have a Frieghting thought which in my case usually leads to a Panic attack. I am learning NOT to try to STOP the attack!! THATS RIGHT NOT TO TRY AND STOP THE ATTACK. This isnt because im some kind of masochist!! or i enjoy my panics, They have been a living nightmere for me as with most ppl. It is impossible for a human being to willingly force a panic on themselfs!! By its very nature it needs for you to be scared to of it for it to exist. If you face a tiger in the jungle your meant to run, the sensations you feel are there to protect you. But were not in the jungle, our tiger isnt there, Your consious knows that, but your subcontious Doesnt!!.But were looking to run or hide and the very same sensations and fear kick in and our thoughts turn to Here we go again, im scared help, I dont want this , and so more adrenalin is released and are sensations get worst and are panic gets real bad. Its a natural reaction. If you do just the oppersite and Will your panic on in these situations, come on then, give me everything you got, weve been here before, you cant harm me, im not gonna fight you. (Bend like a tree in the wind) your subconscious will not need to release anymore adrenalin into your system to give you the energy to fight or flee, And you will calm down. This is also telling your subconscious what your conscious already knows, and over a period of time and repetition will reprogram your subconscious. For anybody trying to fight against there panics ,trying to stop them, its not working is it? Yes you can use distraction techniques, but how is that reprograming your mind, whilst i used distraction i found myself giving my panics a side ways glimpse of fear like a prize fighter dreading the next round. Facing and accepting and floating through your panics and in time they will seize to exist. Its not easy at first, but what gave me the confidance to try this technique (Besides what ive read and certain ppl on this site) was simply logic. When we fight against somebody else we either win or lose, But our anxiety/Panics come from within, we cant fight OURSELFS. I know that this technique works through my own personal experience and practising these techniques and I know theres other ppl on this site doing the same, for those who are struggling to over come there anxieties and panics, theres ppl on this site that can point you in the right direction towards applying this technmique. I would also ask those ppl to reply to this post.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
