I have been dealing with panic attacks for many, many years.

They are uncomfortable, that's for sure. But, they won't hurt you.
It's actually our thoughts getting out of control and then our body reacts.
You are not alone! Lots of people get panic attacks.
Also, writing it down helps. Either on here, or in a notebook.... writing out your feelings and thoughts helps lower anxiety and stress.
