Hello the other day I experienced my first panic attack I've suffer from anxiety disorder although I am on no medication and haven't been for over 15 years. I have been under a lot of stress. I felt faint and my body got a heat rush and everything went blurry and I thought I was going to faint my heart rate went up to 150.i was sent to a doctor who put me on two different anxiety medications. But I'm struggling with the contrast panic attacks to the point I don't understand. Can someone tell me if it's normal to just be walking and happy and the the very next min your serious feeling like your going to faint I get the hot feeling like I'm being burned on the inside my extremities become like hello my heart rate climbs to 150 but it scary as hell to me to the point I think I'm dying please help me thank you

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. If your anxiety continues, I would suggest talking with a therapist. Therapy helps me a lot with controlling anxiety and panic attacks.

My mother has this similar situation but her doctor says her heartbeat rate is normal even it goes up to 120 or 130. Just part of her life. They didn’t find anything wrong with her heart. She does take medication to help calm her anxiety. With her age of 70, there may be a concern that her heart is working hard.
