panic attack and agoraphobia sufferers are very likely to suffer indigestion, GERD and heartburn
heartburn can be mistaken for heart trouble, its a strong pain from what seems to be the heart and it usually hurts more everytime you breathe
but its just a type of indigestion and responds to usual indigestion cures
any comments?

Yeah, I was getting a tight chest feeling with sharp pains that came and went. I started prilosec after seeing the doctor and found that it helped. Now I remind myself I'll be ok, it's just heartburn/gas and sometimes it's just muscle pain/cramping. So much work having anxiety/panic to get through the day sometimes.

There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
