Tell me I am not insane please! I will be relaxing and feel just fine and then start getting nervous for no reason and then my heart starts feeling like its beating very hard-not fast but hard throughout my entire chest and then I bloat up and distend in very uncomfortable gas.
My heart is fine-been checked. But does panic cause gas or is gerd symptoms causing pressure on the heart resulting in panic or is my heart beating harder causing panic and gas? My doc says there is no connection but dammit they always come together..
Any advice?

I also use rescue remedy and it always works for me.
I've learned to cope with it with deep breaths, more importantly breathing out allllll the way and then breathing in and holding for 7 secs then out again. Usually after a couple breaths I can feel the oxygen coming back into my lungs and I can calm down. Hope this helps someone.
I hope this goes away soon!
