Oh Jesus Chirst, thank God I'm not the only one!!! Do you mean to tell me that there are others like me, I'm not alone, I'm not going crazy?!!!
Yes, I've also had panic attacks while exercising. In fact, that's how my latest round of panic attacks started (began in January). Now I'm afraid to exercise on my own because I'm worried that I'll have some sort of heart issue and die--irrational, I know, but I can't shake it.
then the other day I tried zumba....again...thank goodness I was at home.
so yes I am not scared to do anything but walk or ride my stationary bike.
I teach dance, but I rarely am doing that much myself that it effects me.... I am usually watching and helping the kids...
so no you are not the only one, and I was happy to have read this post awhile back because the other day this is what I kept thinking of and recalling while I was trying to keep from thinking I was about to pass out from the heart pounding and clammy sweats etc.etc.
It really is such crazy stuff our bodies feel.... it is hard not to think something bad right off... I am going to keep lifting light weights and walk and ride my stationary bike while watch tv! lol keeps my mind off of everything..... and know we are all in this together.
