hello all, I am new to this group. Ive struggled with panic and anxiety for the last few years and have done everything under the sun to help myself. Ive been to the hospital over and over, seen a cardiologist, tried medication, continuously doing yoga, seeing a therapist and meditating. The one thing that still gets me is the shooting chest pains that come on randomly out of no where. Then I feel like I cant breathe prperly, my heart races, and I start to get hot. Does anyone else experience chest pain with anxiety? Its so hard to tell myself I am healthy and it is all anxiety in the moment of such bad pain. Can anxiety really create such real, physical symptoms, especially out of the blue when Im just working, doing laundry, relaxing?
