I've been doing fine w/o it except for this month and i refuse to go back on it i gained so much weight on it that i'm still trying to lose and i just don't want to be on it i take my xanax as needed and i feel that does the job.. i'm sry i'm ranting i just need to vent to see what other people think i just got upset over it.. i hate feeling this way..

No you're not wrong for not wanting to go back on it, especially if it made you gain weight as a side effect because that would just cause more anxiety. Maybe you would do better on another medication with the xanax. Have you talked with your doctor about it? It's easy for people to say well take your medicine and assume it will work for you, if they don't understand the issue personally. Maybe something more like relaxation techniques would work for you. I went off my zoloft last year and beat the withdrawal but then my anxiety happened again big time so I had to be put back on it, I felt bad because I felt like it had beaten me and I was a failure having to go back on it but it helps me so I push on with it. I hope you feel better soon!

You are not wrong. I did the exact same thing. I hated the side effects of Zoloft. I am in the same boat. I've been doing great not taking anything, but a week ago i had a huge panic attack. Like you with xanax, I have Ativan for that and I take it as needed. I hate feeling like I have to take a pill to have a normal life. I've noticed that my panic attacks are less active when I myself am active. Exercise really helps me, and writing in my journal. I keep track of all my panic attacks so that I know what triggered them, but also writing gets me distracted and the panic attack kind of melts away. (Most of the time) :) I hope you feel better and I was able to help! Good luck.....

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
