My mom discovered that you can make your own with limited fat. Just find some bread, toast it, add sauce and whatever cheese you can handle (I HATE the fat free cheese. It's creepy. But we do what we gotta do....), heat and enjoy!
I also ate a lot of "rice crispy" treats homemade without the butter. Something sweet and crunchy but low fat!
