Anyone have any good diet books for Pancreas problems? Also any recommendations on how/when to take Enzymes as well as best Vitamins to take and how is the best way to take them so they get absorbed?

Hi. I take enzymes with every meal and snack. I usually take 3 pills at a time and always before I put any food in my mouth. I will take one for a small snack and two for something bigger. If I am eating a full dinner there are times where I will take two as I start and then one more during my meal. They really do help with digestion.Good luck to you.

What is the dosage of your enzymes? Do you get them at the local pharmacy or have you found a cheaper place to get them?
