So oddly, I've been infected with reactivated Mono-its my 2nd time in 4 months. And looking back, I believe I've had it plenty of other times but just blamed my symptoms on a bad cold, or stress. It presents with sore throat and the utmost worst fatigue. I read it is rare for it to continue to occur ad with symptoms unless someone has a suppressed immune system. Cant help but think there is something underlying, autoimmune. So many OFF things keep happening to me and it keeps puzzling drs.
Anyway, thought I'd share. Maybe its connected to my pains in my pancreas and mild lipase. I am going to start tracking the mono blood test when I do my lipase labs...

but I was quite sick with a sore throat when I had my last pancreas attack. I had a sore throat for 12 weeks. which is not uncommon with me. I have ME/CFS - ( running out of energy ) post viral - neurological condition. like MS. but I have low NK cells. etc. so compromised immune system. I had quite a few markers to do with immune system
my ANA was normal. in the past it was extremely high.
I wonder if you were taking any meds at the time of your last pancreas attack ?
