i have tryed listing them on pages
but i dont last to long
i feel awfull about it
and yes its turning in to who i am
its very hard to get out of
.i worry that it will spread to another letter or word then i will be worse
it does no one harm ? so why worry ?
should i just keep doing this and
cope with it ?
