Does anyone know how many times they wash their hands in a day?

i probably wash my hands every 10 minutes and use the gel every time i wash i also shower 3 times a day no one has tried to take my sanitizer away yet but theres still time for that yet but even though i have ocd i still live afull and happy life in my way sometimes it can be hard but i get through it with support

I went to a new therapist tonight and she suggested writing down everytime I wash my hands and if I wash them twice in one wash (how'd she know! :) ) it counts as two washes. She also said that there are three reasons to wash your hands. 1. After using the bathroom 2. Before eating or preparing food 3. When hands are visibly dirty (gardening). So now I have a sign up to keep track of washing my hands. Hopefully it will help.

I asked the doctor at the hospital that I am at for OCD about how many times OCD people with contamination issues usually wash their hands and he said between 50-70.

So I am starting to count the number of times I wash my hands. Not that anyone cares, but it's been approx 6times and it is 130. Let's see how the rest of the day goes.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
