Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

I have lived with ocd for 25 years now, and there is alot i can help with
from depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, panic attacks, hypocondriac, fear, doubts, worry, plaguing thoughts, bad twisted thoughts, fear, fear fear. Notice how fear is up here alot, and if you look really close fear is in every word i discribed.
You cant live with a disorder for this long and not figure a few things out.
I know how scared some of you might feel. Please dont be afraid.
I would like to try and help if i can for you to understand what your ocd is doing to you.
ocd is different for everyone. It feeds off of your own unique personality. The key is to figure out what your ocd does to you. And then you can deal with it.
