I dont pick at my skin, I bite the inside of my mouth till it hurts! It's a stress reliever, that had become a habit. I try really hard to stop, BUT I find myself doing it and not even realzing it. It can't be very good, so lately I have been trying really hard to scold myslef when i realize i am doing it
