I have never been this big before and its a little scary. I have no help, no support and no one to talk to. I stay sick all the time and I don't know if its because of my size or something else. Heck it might just be me being a hypochondriac for all I know. I don't think it is me being that because I see doctors all the time and they have me on so much medicine. I have been talking to my doctors about maybe getting the Lap Band. They say that it is possible, but I don't know. I'm nervous about. This is me wishing I had someone to talk to about it.

I feel that way as well. My household is surrounded by junk food, and also no one who is really supporting me in my journey to lose weight. Trust me, you just kind of hit a point where you will just make a split decision to really get into it. I went vegan, and that really helped me, and I encourage you do the same. And if you need to talk, you can always talk to me if you want! I understand the hurt your going through, but I promise you're not alone!

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart.
