I have chronic fatigue as well as nerve pain from the nerve damage I have suffered. Does anybody know any way to help this? The pain can be bad sometimes but the fatigue drives me nuts!!

The fatigue is so difficult, my friend has CFS and she has found no answer so far. There is a support group for CFS/ME sufferers too if you are interested. Welcome to here anyway!

Thanks anyways. I'll keep looking for an answer and hoping that I'll find one. For me, the fatigue is worse in some ways than the pain. I hate not being able to get anything done because I'm so tired.

I make it an important part of every day to to do as much exercise as i can every day. I don't mean hitting the gym, I just do my normal daily routine a little different. There is always some kind of exercise that can be done regardless. Get the blood pumping.

I try to keep going as well as I can. The biggest problem is if I go to far some of the RMSF symptoms come back, so it is really hard to be consistent and to pace myself.

I also have fatigue. I have been on 60 mg adderall for a while and it seems to help. I am on it for my mental illness but it helps with this too.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
