Yesterday I hit a "milestone" lol. I walked a mile. In the morning I went on one of my favorite trails, a half mile long. So that was a milestone for me on it's own. I made it there one other time this year and crashed later that week. This time I didn't crash. I walked the other half on the track last night and I feel better than I did yesterday. So, this morning I'll go walk another 1/2 and that's it for the week. I'll go to the chiro later and he doesn't want me to walk for two days after treatment. But Sunday, I'll try three times around the track for a 3/4 mile walk all at once and see how it goes. I also lost 3 pounds last week. Crossing my fingers that this continues.

Walking is wonderful, right Asunda?
Not allowed to walk long distance this week. I'm back to walking the two block stretch in front of my house. But I'm determined to do it through the day starting Monday. Thought I'd better give myself the weekend off and get a boost on this rest thing.
