My last session with my myofascial release therapist she focused only on my neck. She says the fascia on my back is now all soft and lovely. It hurts a lot more when she works on my neck.
Since then (Tuesday) I have noticed that pain starts in my neck and jumps over my back to cause this tugging pain in my left sacroiliac joint area. I keep rolling the kinks out in this area with the tennis ball in the sock. I am also trying to consciously lengthen my neck and drop my shoulders and relax this area whenever I think about it.
I don't know if it due to the work on my neck or not, but pain is flaring up in a lot of other areas, like my left calf, and my front ribs, always my front ribs. Boo hoo.

Stay with it, relax, and pinpoint the triggers, so you can adjust when you feel the tingle. I do this, and am able to move through a lot of tasks with limited pain now.
