I'm only 28 and my husband and I have been married for eight years. We were waiting to have children when we were stable financially and had gotten all our selfish adventures out of the way.
But is it even an option anymore? Right now I take pain medication all day everyday - can't do that while pregnant...
What if I'm willing to suffer for a year and a half? What would happen to my body if I had a child growing inside me? I have heard that women get myofasical problems from having children so with a tilted pelvis and scoliosis and myofasical pulling and pain, can I even do it?
I hear pregnancy causes your body to reshape and move and if mine is already wrong then what will it reshape into? Will I get worse? Some people think I'll realign.
Is it a one-way track to a c-section?
Has anybody gone through a pregnancy with this condition?
I would just ask a doctor but as we all know, doctors don't seem to think there is anything wrong with us or we are over-reacting so I can't trust their answers and haven't asked.

So take heart. You are probably bummed out enough already. A lot can change in that amount of time.
Giving birth has many options, and for those who live where giving birth in water is possible, it is one way to reduce the pressure naturally.
Best wishes, and know you are not alone.
If you want children your doctors will figure out how to help with the pain.
I have had two c sections as my babies were to big (10# 1/2 oz and
9# 7.4 oz). Dont let this condition get in the way of your dreams, if you want to have babies and are unsure about the pain meds you can always go and have a consultation with a OBGYN and your primary doctor.
