If I were testing mestinon, I would try one dose of 60 mg to see if that helped. If not, then try one dose of 90 and if not one of 120. Since mestinon only takes half hour to work and wears off in about 4 hours, you can try this on your own. My experience was that 60 mg every 3-4 hours was needed to help when I was at my worst. When I tried 90 it made me a little too twitchy, and 120 made me more so. My doctor said I could take 120 at a time if it helped, but should limit myself to about 8-60mg tablets per day.
Good Luck

I did just try a dose of 60 mg and did not see any benefit, or any worsening!, although possibly a slight improvement in my eyelid droop. Maybe I will try a dose at 90... I am looking for something that will help my legs, they are always so weak and tired now. (I Have a plasma exchange in 2 weeks, can't come soon enough)
Thanks again!
