The was a time I needed to take mestinon through the night. At the very least I took it before getting up. You may need to start doing that. Increasing your dose and or making sure you keep taking it through the night so you arent so weak in the morning.

Will keep everyone updated with the surgery. Other then being terrified, i am thrilled to be having this procedure done and on my way to normalcy. :)
