I wish there were more researchers studying MG to answer all these questions!!!
I amat work for 10-12 hours a day and all over the place. only have my pill bottle with me.
Every day when I feel my breathing getting labored and my arm heavy I lok at the clock to see if it's time I can take a mest. Then I think...did I take it already? I will not be able to remember many times so just don't take it and sufer the next 4 hours. I think- next time- I will write myself a note on my desk telling me when I took my last pill. Then I forget to write it down:) This is a daily thing for me but I have never told any one.. that I can remember!
I agree with the others when they say it has more to do with so much going on rather than a symptom of MG.... a valium clears my mind a lot better than a mestinon does!

My word finding capability has gone astray, and sometimes l really have to think about what l need to say or write before l do so.
Why is it that when l'm looking for my glasses l more often than not ask "have you seen my scissors" and when they bring me scissors l think what are you doing, and l realise l've done it again.as my family now ask do you want your glasses?......
But this may just be the MG talking...
